Who can currently apply
Seller onboarding is currently available to registered businesses from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. UAE seller registration is not enabled in the current marketplace release.
TomadoClick may expand or change supported seller countries as payout, compliance and operational coverage grows.
What you need
- A valid legal business name and business type.
- Trade-license or business-registration number.
- Country of registration and registered-address details.
- Tax registration information where applicable.
- Required KYC identity/documentation, including the marketplace’s live-ID verification requirement.
- A verified payout destination before eligible seller payouts can be completed.
Verification and approval
Creating a seller organization does not automatically activate a store. TomadoClick performs manual KYC and seller review before store creation and selling access are unlocked.
We may request additional information where required for identity, compliance, product safety, sanctions, fraud prevention or payout verification.
How selling works
- Create products and variants, inventory and pricing.
- Submit products for marketplace moderation and compliance review.
- Receive seller sub-orders from the shared TomadoClick checkout.
- Handle dispatch, tracking, delivery evidence and customer returns.
- Use promotions and seller tools to grow your storefront.
- View eligible finance balances and request payouts subject to settlement and protection rules.
Fees and payouts
TomadoClick can charge marketplace commission and other disclosed fees. The current target marketplace commission is 10%, with support for store-specific overrides where agreed.
Payout availability depends on order settlement, the applicable return/refund protection period, verified beneficiary information and finance review. Exact commercial terms shown in your seller agreement or account override general marketing information on this page.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for lawful products, accurate listings, stock, fulfillment, shipping, return handling, warranty commitments, customer service related to their products, taxes and regulatory compliance applicable to their business and goods.
Prohibited products cannot be activated. Products requiring compliance review or documentation must be cleared before marketplace activation.
