What warranty applies
A product has a commercial warranty only where the listing, seller or manufacturer states one. Warranty duration, geographic coverage, authorized service requirements and exclusions can vary by product.
The seller is responsible for accurately stating warranty information and for honoring seller or manufacturer warranty commitments applicable to the sale.
Proof of purchase and serial information
Your TomadoClick order record can serve as marketplace proof of purchase. A seller or authorized service center may also require a serial number, warranty card, original packaging or other product-specific evidence where reasonably necessary.
How to raise a warranty issue
If an issue occurs within the normal return window, start with the TomadoClick return workflow. For issues arising later under an advertised warranty, contact the seller through the available support/order channel and provide a clear description of the fault.
Depending on the warranty and applicable law, the remedy may include diagnosis, repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Common warranty exclusions
A warranty may exclude damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, accidental damage, neglect, abnormal operating conditions, consumable wear, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, provided the exclusion is lawful and was properly disclosed.
TomadoClick’s role
TomadoClick facilitates marketplace records and may help route or escalate disputes, but does not become the manufacturer or warranty provider merely by hosting the listing or processing checkout.
If a seller fails to honor a valid marketplace or legal obligation, TomadoClick may review the case under its seller and Operations controls.
