About TomadoClick
TomadoClick is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. TomadoClick provides the marketplace technology, account tools, checkout infrastructure, order records, communications and operational controls that support transactions on the platform.
Unless TomadoClick is expressly identified as the seller of a product, the product seller shown on the listing or order is the party offering and fulfilling that product.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into the transactions you make through TomadoClick. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your password, authenticator and recovery credentials.
Business, seller and platform-staff features may require additional verification, documentation, role assignment or security controls.
- Do not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- Notify TomadoClick promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- We may restrict or suspend access where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or marketplace integrity.
Acceptable use
You may use TomadoClick only for lawful marketplace activity. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, manipulate reviews, abuse promotions, submit false verification information, or use TomadoClick to offer prohibited goods or services.
Listings, reviews and marketplace content
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their listings, including descriptions, images, prices, origin information, availability, warranty statements and compliance declarations.
Buyer reviews must reflect genuine purchase experience. TomadoClick may moderate, restrict or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or inconsistent with marketplace rules.
Platform availability and changes
We may update, maintain, suspend or modify features to protect the platform or improve the service. Planned maintenance or temporary restrictions may be communicated through the website where practical.
We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively from the effective date stated on the updated page.
Responsibility and liability
TomadoClick does not control every act of an independent seller, carrier, payment provider or other third party. To the extent permitted by law, TomadoClick is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact TomadoClick support so the issue can be reviewed and, where relevant, escalated to the seller or platform Operations team.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights and competent regulatory or judicial forums remain unaffected.
